Readiness Hearing definition
Readiness Hearing means a hearing to ascertain the readiness of the parties to proceed on the allocated trial date;
Sale Hearing means the hearing conducted by the Bankruptcy Court to approve the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Plan hearing means the public hearing on a proposed project area plan required
Fairness Hearing means a hearing by the Court to determine whether the Settlement Agreement is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and whether it should be finally approved by the Court.
