REA Equity definition

REA Equity means interests held in REA.

Related to REA Equity

  • Book Equity means the aggregate of the amounts paid-up or credited as paid-up on the Charter Guarantor's issued share capital and the amount of the consolidated capital and revenue reserves of the Group (including any share premium account, capital redemption reserve fund and any credit balance on the consolidated profit and loss account of the Group) all as shown by the latest audited consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Group delivered under this Deed but after:

  • Adjusted Consolidated Working Capital means, at any time, Consolidated Current Assets (but excluding therefrom all cash and Cash Equivalents) less Consolidated Current Liabilities at such time.

  • Adjusted Equity means the Equity funded in Indian Rupees and adjusted on the first day of the current month (the “Reference Date”), in the manner set forth below, to reflect the change in its value on account of depreciation and variations in WPI, and for any Reference Date occurring:

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ RetirementReady® Funds and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Investment project means an investment in qualified buildings
