REA Certificate definition
REA Certificate means a certificate, signed by any of Publix Super Markets, Inc., Save and Pack, Inc., or Southtrust Bank of Jacksonville, N.A., as a party to that certain Easements with Covenants and Restrictions Affecting Land (the "REA") by and among the aforesaid and Seller dated June 12, 1985, as amended in the form set forth in EXHIBIT T.
