Re-service definition

Re-service means the transfer to another person of food that is unused and returned by a consumer after being served or sold and in the possession of the consumer.

Re-service means providing service to an applicant at a location where service previously existed and at which there is an existing connection for a meter. Re-service costs shall be charged as specified in this Rate Order or based on justifiable expenses in connection with such re-servicing.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.
