Re-plat definition
Re-plat means the act of platting the lots, parcels and easements in a recorded subdivision or partition plat to achieve a re-configuration of the existing subdivision or partition plat or to increase or decrease the number of lots in the subdivision.
Re-plat or “Re-subdivision” means a subdivision of land which has been previously platted or subdivided into lots or parcels of land. It may include all or any part of a previous subdivision or plat.
Re-plat means the recombining of land parcels or lots that result in the same or fewer number of total parcels or lots that conform to current minimum size requirements.
