Re-orbit definition

Re-orbit means the removal of functional ICS satellites from operational or storage orbits, and preparation of the satellites for re-entry into the earth’s atmosphere, including, without limitation, venting of all remaining fuel, depressurizing the batteries and turning off the electronics, all in a professionally competent manner and as described in Annex 4 of this Contract.
Re-orbit means the removal of functional Iridium System satellites from operational or storage orbits, and preparation of the satellites for re-entry into the earth’s atmosphere, including, without limitation, venting of all remaining fuel, depressurizing the batteries and turning off the electronics, all in a professionally competent manner and as described in Annex 4 of the Boeing Agreement.
