Re-Offer Price definition
Re-Offer Price has the meaning given to that term on page 1 of this Agreement;
Re-Offer Price means 91.50% of the Nominal Amount i.e. the price per Note at which the Issuer sold the Notes to Intesa Vita S.p.A on the Issue Date;
Re-Offer Price means 100%.

Offering Price: C$14.70 per Common Share C$17.93 per Flow-Through Common Share Re-Offer Price: C$14.70 per Re-Offer Common Share (the “Re-Offer Price”).
The Underwriters will redistribute any Flow-Through Common Shares (“Re-Offer Common Shares”) at the Re-Offer Price (as defined below).
More Definitions of Re-Offer Price
Re-Offer Price means, in relation to the Junior Notes issued on the Issue Date, 100 per cent. and, in relation to any Further Junior Notes, the percentage which would be equal to the Junior Notes Price on the date which is 3 Business Days prior to the date of issuance of such Further Junior Notes;
