RE Grant definition
RE Grant means a grant made or to be made out of the proceeds of the Financing, or the Co-financing from ACGF or Switzerland, as the case may be, for the purpose of financing Eligible Expenditures required for a RE Subproject in accordance with the provisions of Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
