SWISSGAS has available transportation capacity and is willing to perform the transportation service for the Shipper from the Delivery Point to the Re-Delivery Point, subject to the provisions set out here below.

In these circumstances the CHARTERER may effect Re-Delivery by giving up possession of the yacht where she lies.
