Re-delivery definition

Re-delivery means a component or set of components being ready for dispatch from LTTS to the Customer covered by one (1) invoice.
Re-delivery has the meaning set out in Section 3.2(b) (kk) “Re-delivery Date” has the meaning set out in Section 3.2(b). (ll) “Repayment” has the meaning set out in Section 3.2(b). (mm) “Share Price Default” has the meaning set out in Section 6.1(d). (nn) “sole discretion” means sole, absolute and unfettered discretion. (oo) “Trading Day” means a day upon which securities are traded on the Exchange. (pp) “Tranche” has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(b). (qq) “Value Date” means, to the extent that Section 2.2(c) applies, the date upon which the requisite number of Listco Securities are Delivered in the Borrower Securities Account (or as the Lender may otherwise direct), and, to the extent that Section 2.2(c) does not so apply, the date of delivery of the Funding Notification to the Borrower.

Examples of Re-delivery in a sentence

  • SWISSGAS has available transportation capacity and is willing to perform the transportation service for the Shipper from the Delivery Point to the Re-Delivery Point, subject to the provisions set out here below.

  • Tenant agrees that notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, its failure to furnish Landlord with the required Security Deposit in the form of a substitute Letter of Credit in compliance with the requirements for the initial Letter of Credit prior to the Re-Delivery Deadline shall not be subject to any rights of notice or cure under this Lease.

  • The charterer may, if he wishes, re-deliver the Yacht to the Port of Re-Delivery and disembark prior to the end of the Charter Period but such early re-delivery shall not entitle the charterer to any refund of the Charter Fee.

  • An additional Non-Vault Surcharge shall be applied to any courier shipments, or an additional Skid Re-Delivery Charge shall be applied to any skid deliveries.

  • The Shipper has available a certain quantity of Natural Gas at the Delivery Point and wishes to book the transportation capacity to the Re-Delivery Point from SWISSGAS.

  • The charterer shall return at the port of Re-delivery the day before the charter party ends & not later than 17.00 with the obligation to stay overnight at the marina .The charterer shall re-deliver the Yacht to the owner at the Port of Re-Delivery not later than 09.00 am , free of any debts incurred for the charterer’s account during the Charter Period and in as good condition as when delivery was taken, except for fair wear and tear arising from ordinary use.

  • The CHARTERER may, if he wishes, re-deliver the Yacht to the Port of Re-Delivery and disembark prior to the end of the Charter Period but such early re-delivery shall not entitle the CHARTERER to any refund of the Charter Fee.

  • The CHARTERER shall be entitled to recover from the OWNER the reasonable cost of returning the CHARTERER and his Guests to the Place of Re-Delivery together with reasonable accommodation expenses incurred.

  • If a Customer requests a Container delivery and pick-up more than one time in any 6-month period, Customer may incur a Re-Delivery Access Fee.

  • In these circumstances the CHARTERER may effect Re-Delivery by giving up possession of the yacht where she lies.
