Given this input data, the RDT calculates the fully burdened rate for the Base Contract Year and each of the Option Years.
To complete the RDT, the Offeror shall provide its proposed direct labor rates for each contract labor category for the first year of the Contract (“Base Contract Year”); the “Burden %” applicable to each contract labor category and the “Annual Escalation %” which is applied to the Contract option years 1 through 4 (collectively, “Option Years”).
