RDE Project Financing definition
RDE Project Financing shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
RDE Project Financing means third party financing incurred by Affiliates of the Borrower for purposes of financing (or refunding the cost of) the construction, development or improvement of the RDE Project and which is secured by the RDE Project.
