RDC Project Manager definition

RDC Project Manager means the Person retained by RDC to be its duly designated, official and Authorized Representative and to represent RDC in all matters pertaining to this GDA.

  • Tenant's Representative agrees to communicate with RDC through the RDC Project Manager, unless directed to do otherwise.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
