  • Undisputed amounts shall be paid by RCTC to the City within thirty (30) days.

  • The City may appeal the decision of the Executive Director to the full RCTC Board, the decision of which shall be final.

  • Any person or entities retained by the City or any contractor shall be retained on an independent contractor basis and shall not be employees of RCTC.

  • To this end, any use of funds provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the review and approval of RCTC.
