RCTA definition

RCTA means the regulatory clean team agreement to be entered into between Liberty Global Europe Limited and the Buyer on or around the Signing Date.

  • The parties also agree to meet and negotiate in good faith concerning any change in the RCTA President’s released time.

  • Contractor agrees to be subject to monitoring and auditing by RCTA and any other entity legally entitled to account for funds expended for performance under the terms of this Agreement.
