RCN Account Statement definition

RCN Account Statement the monthly statement setting out a record of all Card Transactions and Charges under a specific RCN Account made available by the Bank under Clause 7, that were not included on previously monthly statements. Scheme Limit: the sum specified (in writing) from time to time by the Bank, and any changes to that sum that are agreed by the Bank, being the Services: the facilities to be provided to the Customer and Cardholders under this Agreement as specified in Schedule 1, together with any additional Online Servicing Capabilities or other services associated with the RCN Accounts or VCNs that the Bank or any other member of Lloyds Banking Group may make available to the Customer or to Cardholders from time to time. Supplier: any person or entity who agrees, by arrangement with the Bank and/ or Mastercard to accept the VCN as payment for goods and/or services as notified to the Customer from time to time.
