RCF Guarantee definition
RCF Guarantee means the guarantee of the Credit Facility by each of Rowan Rigs S.à r.l. and Rowan Offshore Luxembourg S.à r.l.
RCF Guarantee means any guarantee by any Loan Party of any or all of the RCF Obligations.
RCF Guarantee means the Guarantee dated as of the date of this Agreement between Holdings, the Company, each of the Subsidiaries of the Company named as guarantors and the RCF Administrative Agent.
