RCF Certificate definition
RCF Certificate means a certificate issued by Sponsors, and which is substantially in the form set out in Exhibit H.
RCF Certificate means a certificate issued by the Borrower, and which is substantially in the form set out in Exhibit H. “Recipient” shall mean (a) the Administrative Agent and (b) any Lender, as applicable.
