RCE(s) definition

RCE(s) means residential customer equivalent, which is a unit of measurement equivalent to, with respect to gas, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ per year, or with respect to electricity, 10 MWh per year without regard to contract duration or expiration.
RCE(s) means residential customer equivalents, which is an industry standard unit of measurement of consumption per annum equivalent to 10MWh (or 10,000 kWh) in the case electricity and 100 MMBtu in the case of natural gas;
