RCE Loan REMIC Regular Interest definition

RCE Loan REMIC Regular Interest means the uncertificated interest designated as a Class of "regular interests" in the RCE Loan REMIC, which shall consist of an interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Cut-Off Date Scheduled Principal Balance of the Regal Cinema Eagan Loan, and which has a Pass-Th▇▇▇▇▇ Rate equal to the RCE Loan REMIC Net Mortgage Rate.

  • For purposes of such election, the RCE Loan REMIC Regular Interest shall be designated as a separate class of "regular interests" in the RCE Loan REMIC and the RCE Loan REMIC Residual Interest (represented by the Class R-I Certificates) shall be designated as the sole class of "residual interests" in the RCE Loan REMIC.
