The Parties and specifically the RCAD hereby ratify, accept, and bind themselves to the terms of the Original Agreement as amended by this First Amendment with the effect that the RCAD is hereby added as a party to the Original Agreement and hereby agrees to abide by the terms of the Original Agreement as amended by this First Amendment.
