RCA Properties definition

RCA Properties means all real estate properties owned, directly or indirectly, by the RCA Owner immediately prior to the Effective Date and all tracts owned by the RCA Owner immediately prior to the Effective Date on which the RCA Owner will develop or rehabilitate improvements in connection with an anchored, stabilized core retail property, such as a power center or lifestyle center.
