RC Agent means RBC, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Revolving Credit Facility under the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent for the Revolving Credit Facility appointed in accordance with Section 9.09.

Examples of RC Agent in a sentence

  • FPL as Agent is authorized by FRCC as principal to act on behalf of and bind FRCC in accordance with the RC Procedures in carrying out the RC Agent Activities.

  • The estimated annual budget shall enumerate the estimated costs for capital, operations, maintenance, and administrative and general expenses for the RC Agent Activities FPL performs pursuant to this Second Amended Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any determination to be made by the Administrative Agent under any provision of this Agreement (other than those specified in the preceding sentence to the extent applicable to the RC Agent as determined by DB Canada) or any other Loan Document shall be made by DB Canada.

  • An agreement among FCI, FAC, the Banks, the ------------------------ Administrative Agent, the RC Agent and the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth certain intercreditor arrangements regarding the relative priority of security interests and available remedies, cross defaults and other related matters.
