RBX definition

RBX means RBX Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as successor by merger to RBX Group, Inc. and the successor upon the conclusion of the Chapter 11 cases of RBX Corporation and RBX Group, Inc. pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization, and its successors and assigns, including, without limitation, a receiver, trustee or debtor-in-possession on behalf of such person or on behalf of any such successor or assign.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Sublicense Fees means all upfront fees, milestone payments and similar license fees received by LICENSEE from its Sublicensees in consideration for the grant of a Sublicense, but excluding:
