RBU definition

RBU means Rabindra Bharati University.
RBU has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
RBU means the Regulation Business Unit of SASA unless otherwise specified.

Examples of RBU in a sentence

  • WBU will calculate the Energy Price for each month in a Financial Year within the Term, and notify RBU of the Energy Price for each month in that Financial Year, at least one Business Day before the start of each Financial Year.

  • Each Trading Month during the Term, the RBU must pay to the WBU an Energy Charge, being the sum of the Daily Energy Charge for each Trading Day of the previous Trading Month.

  • Nektar’s membership in each of the JSC and JFC, and participation in each of Bayer’s internal GPT, GBT and RBU, shall be at its sole discretion, as a matter of right and not obligation, for the sole purpose of participation in governance, decision making and information exchange with respect to activities within the jurisdiction of such committee, team, or unit.

  • The RBU shall have no power to amend or waive compliance with this Agreement.

  • Each Party may replace RBU representatives by written notice to the other Party.
