RBPC definition

RBPC means the Roads and Bridges Public Corporation;
RBPC means the Roads and Bridges Public Corporation established in 1973 under the Borrower’s Public Corporations Act, or any successor thereto;

  • In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ, or cause RBPC to employ, consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association.

  • The Borrower shall cause RBPC to establish, not later than July 1, 1991, and thereafter maintain, the pavement management system referred to in Part C of the Project.
