  • The parties also agree that there are other duties not listed in the Regional Job Description which may be performed in whole or in part by members of the Bargaining Unit.

  • Each Excluded Share, including any shares of Company Common Stock or Company Preferred Stock held in the Company's treasury, shall be cancelled and no consideration will be issued or paid in exchange therefor.
