RB Date definition
RB Date means the earlier of the Restructuring Date and the date on which the Term Borrower has delivered to the Administrative Agent a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Term Borrower to the effect that guaranties by CAC and the CAC Guarantor Subsidiaries of Revolving Loans incurred by the Term Borrower are permitted under German law.
