Rayyanh Platform means collectively the Rayyanh Service Provider App, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ’ website, Rayyanh ’ call centre and any other technology platform provided by Rayyanh or its Affiliates through which the Rayyanh Services are made available.

  • The Rayyanh Platform, any related data, and all rights therein, including any intellectual property rights, are and will remain the property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, its Affiliates or their respective licensors, as applicable.

  • In order to access and use the Rayyanh Platform, you must register for and maintain an active user account on the Rayyanh Service Provider App (the “ Service Provider Account”).

  • The Rayyanh Service Provider will be issued a Service Provider ID by the Rayyanh Platform to enable the Rayyanh Service Provider to access and use the Rayyanh Service Provider App on a Device in accordance with this Agreement.

  • No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you, Rayyanh, its Affiliates or any User as a result of the contract between you and Rayyanh or your use of the Rayyanh Platform.

  • Neither this Agreement nor your use of the Rayyanh Platform convey or grant to you any rights: (i) in or related to the Rayyanh Platform except for the limited license granted above; or (ii) to use or reference in any manner Rayyanh company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or services marks or those of Rayyanh licensors.
