Raw plant material definition

Raw plant material or "Raw concentrate" means industrial hemp plant material or concentrate that is not in final product form.
Raw plant material means an agricultural commodity in its raw or natural state, including all fruits, vegetables and mushrooms that are washed, brushed off or otherwise treated in the uncut natural form, and manoomin that is parched, threshed and sorted.

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.
