Raw Material Costs definition

Raw Material Costs shall have the meaning given in Section 4.1.

More Definitions of Raw Material Costs

Raw Material Costs with respect to each Product, shall mean the actual per ton cost for all tissue or plate board, as the case may be, incurred by Xxxxxxxxxx for the manufacture of such Product during the Adjustment Period.

Related to Raw Material Costs

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
