Raw Make means a combined stream of liquefied hydrocarbons and concomitant materials extracted from Equity Gas by Processing including Processor's Retrograde if subsequently combined with the other Raw Make.

• MEA will maintain and provide MarkWest with daily reports setting forth the volumes of MarkWest's Raw Make and Plant Products held in inventory at Siloam.

• The vapor volume equivalent of each liquid component of the Raw Make shall be determined by multiplying the liquid volume of such component by the applicable vapor equivalent factor set forth in the schedule below.

• The total shrinkage portion of the Plant Volume Reduction will be determined from measurement by positive displacement liquid meter and monthly composite sampling and analysis of the Raw Make.

• Such aforesaid volumes of gas which are credited as having been processed and the theoretical Liquid Hydrocarbons content of such gas at the respective Field Delivery Points shall be used as the basis for allocating each Product fractionated from the Raw Make to such Field Delivery Points by the method illustrated in Exhibit “A”.

• MEA shall fractionate all Raw Make meeting the requirements under Section 4.1, to produce Plant Products meeting the specifications set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
