RAV4 EV definition

RAV4 EV means a RAV4 Platform that incorporates the Powertrain Parts and Powertrain Battery.
RAV4 EV means the Electric Vehicle version of the RAV4 Platform.

  • Next, the remaining 20% of the Tooling Payment shall be paid in accordance with Section 9.5 after Toyota receives both: (x) a Tooling Invoice for such 20% (which invoice MAY NOT be submitted until at least one (1) day following SOP for the applicable RAV4 EV; and (y) a second copy of the applicable Part Approval.

  • TMMC’s status as manufacturer shall be evidenced in the vehicle identification number and in all labels required for the RAV4 EV.

  • Toyota will be responsible for NHTSA testing and FMVSS compliance testing for the RAV4 EV and Tesla will provide all commercially reasonable assistance in connection with such testing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Final Specifications as mutually agreed to by the Parties shall reference TMC’s EV Spec Book to be separately provided to Tesla hereunder for use in developing the RAV4 EV Powertrain System (“TMC EV Spec Book”).

  • In the event of loss of or damage to Products, RAV4 Platforms or any other items needed to produce a RAV4 EV, without regard to fault and without limiting the rights of either Party set forth herein, the Parties agree to cooperate in good faith and utilize best efforts to produce additional Products and/or RAV4 Platforms to restore any lost production.

  • TMC will be responsible for NHTSA testing and FMVSS compliance testing for the RAV4 EV and Tesla will provide all commercially reasonable assistance in connection with such testing.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • HEPA filter means a high efficiency particulate absolute air filter capable of trapping and retaining 99.97 percent of fibers greater than 0.3 micrometers in mass median aerodynamic diameter equivalent.

  • PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Drug test means a test designed to detect the illegal use of a controlled substance.

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • Wind Turbine means a mechanical/electrical system that converts the kinetic energy of blowing wind into mechanical or electric power.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Study in any country which is conducted after Regulatory Approval of a product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, consisting of trials conducted voluntarily for enhancing marketing or scientific knowledge of an approved indication and trials conducted due to request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.
