Rating Threshold definition

Rating Threshold means Aa3 for Moody’s and AA- for S&P (or equivalent ratings if other rating agencies are the Bond Rating Agencies).
Rating Threshold means, with respect to any Series, the ratings from Moody’s, S&P and/or Fitch designated as the “Rating Threshold” in the related Series Trust Agreement.
Rating Threshold means (i) BB + pursuant to the rating scale of Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings, or (ii) Ba1, according to the Rating indicators scale of Moody's Investor Service.

  • For the purposes of determining whether a Financial Distress Event has occurred pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 34.1.1, the credit rating of the Supplier, the (as the case may be) shall be deemed to have dropped below the applicable Credit Rating Threshold if any of the Rating Agencies have rated the Supplier or relevant Sub-Contractor (as the case may be)] at or below the applicable Credit Rating Threshold.

  • If at any time the Custodian does not have credit ratings from S&P at least equal to the Custodian Required Rating Threshold, the Custodian must within 60 days obtain a replacement Custodian with credit ratings from S&P at least equal to the Custodian Required Rating Threshold.

  • In the event the Swap Custodian does not meet the Custodian Required Rating Threshold (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement), the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee, at the direction of the Depositor, shall within 60 days obtain a replacement Swap Custodian that meets the Custodian Required Rating Threshold.

  • The Supplier shall and shall procure that the Framework Guarantor shall maintain a long term credit rating above the relevant Credit Rating Threshold set out in Annex 1 to this Framework Schedule.

Rating Threshold is defined in Section 5.1(g).
Rating Threshold means that the Applicable Ratings of the Index Debt are BBB- or better by S&P and Baa3 or better by Moody’s, in each case with at least a stable outlook.

Related to Rating Threshold

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody’s and the short-term issuer credit rating of A-1 by Standard & Poor’s.

  • Approved Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Approved Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-2”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3”.

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • S&P Approved Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P of “A-1”, or, if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from S&P of “A+”.
