Rating Quality definition

Rating Quality means, with respect to any Series of Bonds, having terms, conditions and/or a credit quality such that the item stated to be of “Rating Quality” will not, as confirmed in writing received by the Trustee from each of the Rating Agencies, impair the ability of the Corporation to obtain the ratings initially from the Rating Agencies anticipated to be received with respect to such Bonds as described in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Bonds and, if the Bonds have been rated, will not cause any such Rating Agency to lower or withdraw the rating it has assigned to the Bonds.
Rating Quality means, with respect to the Bonds and in the determination of the University, having terms, conditions and/or a credit quality such that the item stated to be of "Rating Quality" will not impair the ability of the University to obtain the ratings received with respect to the Bonds and will not cause any such rating agency to lower or withdraw the rating it has assigned to the Bonds.
Rating Quality means having terms, conditions and a credit quality such that the item stated to be of Rating Quality will not adversely affect the then-current Unenhanced Ratings assigned by the Rating Agencies to the Bonds.
