Rating Floor definition

Rating Floor means (i) in the case of a Rating by A.M. Best, “bb-”; (ii) in the case of DBRS, “BB low”; (iii) in the case of Moody’s, Ba3; and (iv) in the case of Fitch, Kroll or S&P, “BB-”.
