Rated Period definition

Rated Period means the interval of time that the Department uses to evaluate contractors through their performance ratings.
Rated Period. Any period during which S&P and Mood▇'▇ ▇▇▇ maintaining a Senior Debt Rating and such Senior Debt Rating is at least BBB- as determined by S&P, and at least Baa3, as determined by Mood▇'▇.
Rated Period means any period during which Ratings are in place from at least two (2) of S&P, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇.
