Rate Revision Date definition
Rate Revision Date shall be as defined in Section 2.03 of Exhibit C. 1.18 "Services" shall be as defined in Section 1.1 of Exhibit A.
Examples of Rate Revision Date in a sentence
Once agreed (hereinafter referred to as the "Rate Revision Date"), the former rates shall apply to the end of the applicable Services then in progress, the respective revised rates shall become effective for each of the next requested Services following the Rate Revision Date.
