Rate Period or "n(t-1,t)" means, in respect of a Relevant Business Day, (i) the number of calendar days from (and including) the Relevant Business Day immediately preceding such Relevant Business Day to (but excluding) such Relevant Business Day, divided by (ii) 360;
Fixed Rate Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a).
Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
Pricing Rate Period means, (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including such Remittance Date and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period end subsequent to the Repurchase Date.
Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.
