Rate Notice definition

Rate Notice means the rate notice issued by the City to the Ratepayer for the Property for a particular Rate Year. Rate Year means the period commencing 1 July in a year and expiring 30 June in the following year.
Rate Notice shall have the meaning assigned to the term in Section 2.9.

Examples of Rate Notice in a sentence

  • Any Fixed Rate Notice pursuant to this subsection (i) is irrevocable.

  • If applicable, Lender shall have delivered to Borrower a completed Fixed Rate Notice in the form attached to the Note.

  • If one or more of the applicable Interest Rate Bases is LIBOR or the CMT Rate, the Floating Interest Rate Notice shall also specify the Index Currency and Designated LIBOR Page or the Designated CMT Maturity Index and Designated CMT Telerate Page, respectively.

  • If no Event of Default, or event which, with notice or lapse of time or both, could become an Event of Default, has occurred and is continuing under any Loan Document, Borrower may from time to time elect, by a LIBOR Rate Notice, to pay interest on the LIBOR Rate Advance described in said LIBOR Rate Notice at a LIBOR Rate during the LIBOR Rate Period specified in said LIBOR Rate Notice.

  • Promptly upon its receipt of each such Non-Prime Rate Notice, Agent shall provide a copy thereof to each of the affected Lenders.

  • Each Floating Interest Rate Notice must also state the Interest Rate Basis or Bases, the Initial Interest Reset Date, the Interest Reset Period and Dates, the Interest Payment Period and Dates, the Index Maturity and the Floating Rate Maximum Interest Rate and/or Floating Rate Minimum Interest Rate, if any.

  • On receipt of such Interest Rate Notice, the Agent shall promptly notify each Lender by telephone (confirmed promptly by telex or facsimile transmission) of the information set forth in the Interest Rate Notice.

Rate Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(ii).
Rate Notice means a written notice by Maker to Bank, actually received by Bank no later than 10:30 a.m., Memphis, Tennessee time on the Rate Setting Date for the next Interest Period, specifying the Rate Option and the applicable portion of the outstanding principal balance hereof as a Borrowing Amount and, with respect to Advances bearing interest at an Adjusted LIBOR Rate only, the commencement date and duration of the next applicable Interest Period. A Rate Notice may designate only one Interest Period.
