Rate Note definition

Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a floating rate payable in respect of such period or on such date(s) as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);

Examples of Rate Note in a sentence

  • Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Fixed Rate Note in definitive form is a multiple of the Calculation Amount, the amount of interest payable in respect of such Fixed Rate Note shall be the product of the amount (determined in the manner provided above) for the Calculation Amount and the amount by which the Calculation Amount is multiplied to reach the Specified Denomination, without any further rounding.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Floating Rate Note in definitive form is a multiple of the Calculation Amount, the Interest Amount payable in respect of such Note shall be the product of the amount (determined in the manner provided above) for the Calculation Amount and the amount by which the Calculation Amount is multiplied to reach the Specified Denomination, without any further rounding.

  • Upon any Fixed Rate Note in definitive form becoming due and repayable prior to its Maturity Date, all unmatured Talons (if any) appertaining thereto will become void and no further Coupons will be issued in respect thereof.

  • A Long Maturity Note is a Fixed Rate Note (other than a Fixed Rate Note which on issue had a Talon attached) whose nominal amount on issue is less than the aggregate interest payable thereon provided that such Note shall cease to be a Long Maturity Note on the Interest Payment Date on which the aggregate amount of interest remaining to be paid after that date is less than the nominal amount of such Note.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the interest rate on a Floating Rate Note shall not exceed the maximum interest rate permitted by applicable law.

  • If a Maximum Interest Rate is so designated, the interest rate for a Floating Rate Note cannot ever exceed such Maximum Interest Rate and in the event that the interest rate on any Interest Reset Date would exceed such Maximum Interest Rate (as if no Maximum Interest Rate were in effect) then the interest rate on such Interest Reset Date shall be the Maximum Interest Rate.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Floating Rate Note in definitive form is a multiple of the Calculation Amount, the Interest Amount payable in respect of such Note shall be the product of the amount (determined in the manner provided above) for the Calculation Amount and the amount by which the Calculation Amount is multiplied to reach the Specified Denomination without any further rounding.

  • If a Minimum Interest Rate is so designated, the interest rate for a Floating Rate Note cannot ever be less than such Minimum Interest Rate and in the event that the interest rate on any Interest Reset Date would be less than such Minimum Interest Rate (as if no Minimum Interest Rate were in effect) then the interest rate on such Interest Reset Date shall be the Minimum Interest Rate.

  • If any Interest Payment Date other than the Maturity Date for this Floating Rate Note would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, such Interest Payment Date will be postponed to the next succeeding Business Day, except that in the case of a Floating Rate Note as to which LIBOR is an applicable Interest Rate Basis and that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, the particular Interest Payment Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Floating Rate Note means any Class A-2b Note.

  • Bid Rate Note means a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B, payable to the order of a Lender as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate Note Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, “Federal Funds Open Rate” means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”. If the rate is not available for an Interest Determination Date, the rate for that Interest Determination Date shall be the Federal Funds Rate as determined below.

  • Subordinate Note means each B Note.

  • PIK Interest Rate means (a) in respect of any Interest Period, the Additional Tax Payer Protection Rate plus (b) in respect of any Interest Period ending on or prior to the first anniversary of the date hereof, the Adjusted LIBO Rate plus the Applicable Rate.

  • RMB Note means a Note denominated in Renminbi.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Interest Rate Cap Provider if any, shall mean the entity listed as the Interest Rate Cap Provider in the Series Term Sheet, in its capacity as obligor under the Class Interest Rate Caps, or if any Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements are obtained pursuant to Section 15, the obligor with respect to such Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements.

  • Discount Net Mortgage Rate As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Collateral Interest Rate means the rate published in The Wall Street Journal as the “Prime Rate” from time to time (or, if more than one such rate is published, the arithmetic mean of such rates), or, if such rate is no longer published, a successor rate agreed to by Buyer and Seller, in each case determined as of the date the obligation to pay interest arises, but in no event more than the maximum rate permitted by applicable Law in transactions involving entities having the same characteristics as the Parties.

  • Mortgage Note The original executed note or other evidence of indebtedness evidencing the indebtedness of a Mortgagor under a Mortgage Loan.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.

  • Note A Rate means the Note A Rate set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means, for any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum determined by Administrative Agent to be equal to the quotient of (1) the LIBOR Base Rate for such LIBOR Loan for the Interest Period therefor divided by (2) one minus the LIBOR Reserve Requirement for such LIBOR Loan for such Interest Period.

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.

  • Interest Rate Cap means a Cap.

  • Separate Notes has the meaning set forth in the Pledge Agreement.

  • Guaranteed Interest Rate is the effective annual interest rate we will credit for a specified Guarantee Period. The Guaranteed Interest Rate will never be less than the minimum shown in the Schedule.

  • Subordinate Notes means the B Notes and the C Notes, individually or collectively, as the context may require.

  • Maximum Mortgage Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the maximum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be increased on any Adjustment Date.
