Ratable Loan definition

Ratable Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof.
Ratable Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Ratable Loan means a Base Rate Loan or a Eurocurrency Ratable Loan.
