RAQS definition

RAQS means the Ministry’s Registry, Appraisal and Qualifications System, used to register, qualify, and maintain a corporate performance rating for contractors and consultants who want to conduct business with the Ministry in a broad range of technical and professional categories.

  • Karam is currently approved under the MTO’s RAQS under the following categories: Design & Evaluation - Complex Structures (multi- span); Design & Evaluation - Single Span; and Rehabilitation – General.

  • At the Acceptance of Each Work Item Order, a Service Provider is required to submit within ten (10) business days through RAQS, a completed Supplementary Specialty Plan together with Template for the Specialty identified in the RFQ Notice.

  • All public enquiries and responses to enquiries will be posted through the RAQS.
