  • Grünenthal shall own all INDs, Drug Approval Applications, and Regulatory Approvals for Product in the Grünenthal Territory and OMP shall own all INDs, Drug Approval Applications, and Regulatory Approvals in the OMP Territory, provided, however, such INDs, Drug Approval Applications and Regulatory Approvals are part of the RAP Plan.
