Ranking List means the list, ranking players.

Ranking List means a list of candidates’ names ranked from highest to lowest in each Electorate for which an Election is to be conducted in the order of the number of formal votes received for each candidate. In the event of an equal number of formal votes for two or more candidates in any such Electorate, the Returning Officer shall determine the ranking order of those candidates by lot.
