  • This Agreement will automatically be extended for an additional 24 month period after expiry of the Initial Term (each an “Extended Term”) unless the Company provides Rangefront with a written notice (the “Expiry Notice”) to terminate this Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or the Agreement is otherwise terminated as set forth herein.

  • If a Notice of Termination is given by the Company or Rangefront, such notice shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances that provide a basis for termination of Rangefront’s engagement under the provision so indicated.

  • The Engagement to be performed by Rangefront will be performed only by an appropriately qualified and experienced member of Rangefront’s personnel based in British Columbia who will be granted the executive title of President and Chief Executive Officer to facilitate the fulfilment of the Engagement hereunder.
