Range Holder definition

Range Holder means an Operator who was originally granted a specific number range;
Range Holder means the communications provider (CP) who was originally allocated the range of Telephone Numbers by Ofcom that includes the number to be ported.
Range Holder means the Communications Provider who has been allocated a range of numbers from Ofcom that includes the number to be ported.
