Bond Terms means these terms and conditions, including all Attachments which shall form an integrated part of these Bond Terms, in each case as amended and/or supplemented from time to time.
AND TO Romspen Investment Corporation (the “Agent”) I have read and understand this “Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents” and consent to the electronic delivery of the documents listed below that the Issuer elects to deliver to me electronically, all in accordance with my instructions below.
Purchase Price and Terms Letter With respect to each purchase of a Mortgage Loan Package hereunder, that certain letter agreement setting forth the general terms and conditions of such transaction consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased hereunder, by and between the Company and the Purchaser. Purchaser: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Brothers Bank, FSB or its successor in interest or any successor to the Purchaser under this Agreement as herein provided.
Purchase Price and Terms Agreement Those certain agreements setting forth the general terms and conditions of the transactions consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased from time to time hereunder, by and between the Seller and the Purchaser.
Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
