RAMS Zone A Dwelling definition
RAMS Zone A Dwelling means any Dwelling to be constructed within Zone A as defined in the Recreational Disturbance Avoidance and Mitigation Strategy Supplementary Planning Document (May 2021) and for the avoidance of doubt will include any Dwelling where less than 50% of that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s floorspace lies within Zone A
