Rams Acquisition definition

Rams Acquisition means the acquisition by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Companies, Inc. of Animal Health International, Inc. pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of May 2, 2015 (as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time) by and among ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Companies, Inc., Rams Merger Sub, Inc. and Animal Health International, Inc. Exh. I-19
Rams Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of Rams pursuant to the Rams Acquisition Agreement.
