• The Sub-Adviser shall have the right to monitor and observe the Adviser's and the Trust's use of the Rampart Marks pursuant to the License for the purpose of protecting and maintaining its control over the nature and quality of the Rampart Marks, and the Adviser shall upon request supply Rampart with a written accounting of such use.
